BIO
Sophia Davies graduated from Oklahoma City University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance. During her time at Oklahoma City University, she trained extensively in ballet, tap, jazz, partnering, and many other disciplines that prepared her for a career in performing arts.
Following her graduation, Sophia completed her first professional contract aboard the Regent Seven Seas Navigator with Creative Studios. As part of the Entertainment Team, she performed in main stage productions, collaborated on and created a main stage show for the company, and entertained guests while traveling the world
Most recently, Sophia performed with Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma in their production of Annie as an Ensemble member and Dance Captain. Shortly after, she assistant choreographed Lyric Theatre of Oklahomaâs production of Sweeney Todd alongside choreographer Ashlyn Adams and Director Michael Baron.
Sophia is thrilled to announce that she will also be performing with Rand Productions in their holiday production of Christmas in the Air as a Tinsel Toe Precision Dancer and Ensemble Dancer at MGM Beau Rivage Resort during the holiday season.
Sophia is incredibly grateful for the experiences, training, and relationships she has gained throughout her career and is excited to continue learning, growing, and pursuing new opportunities as a performer.
ABOUT SOPHIA
Sophia Davies was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She began dancing at the age of three and her parents immediately knew that performing was her passion. Since then Sophia has explored every possible approach to performing and takes every opportunity to be on stage. Sophia is very hardworking and pushes herself to continue learning and experimenting with new ideas. Sophia also enjoys spending time with the people she loves, yoga, choreographing, the outdoors, and trying new things. She is constantly evolving, driven by a passion for growth and creativity in everything she does.
